SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy

AI Assistant.co ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered SMS communication services. SMS messages may be sent from phone numbers operated by AI Assistant.co and published at aiassistant.co.

1. How You Opt In

Verbal Opt-In via Phone Call

When you are in call with an AI Assistant.co number, our AI representative will verbally explain the SMS consent terms. By verbally agreeing during the call, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from AI Assistant.co. Once you agree, your phone number is recorded and a confirmation SMS is sent to you.

During the call, our AI assistant reads the following consent disclosure:

"By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS updates from AI Assistant.co. Message frequency may vary. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We will not share your number with third parties for marketing purposes."

After agreeing, you receive a confirmation SMS:

"You have agreed to receive SMS updates from AI Assistant.co. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Types of Messages You Will Receive

Messages are sent only in direct response to your inquiries or requests. You may receive:

  • Answers to your customer support questions
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, or scheduling assistance
  • General business information (hours, location, services)
  • Follow-up messages to complete your request

We do not send unsolicited marketing messages, promotional blasts, or messages unrelated to your original inquiry.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the nature and volume of your interactions. Messages are sent only in response to your inquiries. There is no fixed number of messages per month; you control the frequency by the messages you send.

4. How to Opt Out (STOP)

To stop receiving messages:

Reply STOP to any message at any time.

You will receive a confirmation: "AI Assistant.co: You have been unsubscribed and will no longer receive messages from us. Reply HELP for assistance."

After opting out, no additional messages will be sent to your number. To re-subscribe, reply START.

5. Getting Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message to receive assistance. You will receive: "AI Assistant.co: For assistance visit aiassistant.co. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

6. Message & Data Rates

Msg & data rates may apply. AI Assistant.co does not charge for SMS messages. Any charges are determined solely by your mobile carrier. Contact your carrier for details on your messaging plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number and message content are collected to deliver the AI assistant service. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
